2021-2022 Faith Formation
Welcome to the 2021-22 year of Faith Formation! We are so excited to meet you and grow in our faith together! We all want our children to know and love Jesus, which is why we are offering new and dynamic programs this year to do just that.
Family Program
We will be offering a Family Program for families with students in Grade 5 and below. We will be gathering once a month for fun and engaging sessions, participate in family meetings at home the next few weeks, and then come back together at the end of the month for a Family Mass and social. Youth Ministry Small Group Program
We will be offering our Youth Ministry Small Group Program for families with children in Grades 6-12. Youth will meet in small groups to have meaningful discussions about our faith in a setting that builds friendships, trust, community, and a sense of belonging. Sacramental Preparation
Reconciliation/Communion: Families with children preparing for first Reconciliation & Communion will start with our Family Program and then will shift to sacramental preparation in early 2022. We will be using Family Sacramental preparation programs called Mend and Nourish. The sacraments will be received in the spring of 2022.
Confirmation: Youth preparing for the sacrament of Confirmation will participate in our Youth Ministry Small Group program and will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the fall of 10th grade (Fall 2022).

You can register for all of this year’s Faith Formation programs here or by printing out the registration form here and mailing in the completed form. All programs will kick off the week of October 3.
